
Jay Conrad Levinson is the originator and distinguished author of the Best-Selling Marketing Series of All Time that began with Guerrilla Marketing (1984). Mr. Levinson taught guerrilla marketing for ten years at the extension division of the University of California at Berkeley. He has served as a Senior Vice President and Creative Director at J. Walter Thompson, as well as serving on the Board of Directors for European-based Leo Burnett Advertising.
He is the co-founder of Guerrilla Marketing International, Inc. Jay has authored and co-authored many other books including Guerrilla Marketing Attack (1987), Guerrilla Marketing Weapons (1990),Guerrilla Selling (1991), Guerrilla Marketing Excellence (1993), Guerrilla Advertising (1993), The Guerrilla Marketing Handbook (1994), Guerrilla Marketing On-line (1995) and his latest book, Guerilla Marketing for the Home Based Business. The Guerrilla Marketing books are published in 37 languages and are required reading in many university MBA programs throughout the world.

Mr. Levinson publishes The Guerrilla Marketing Newsletter, writes a monthly column for Entrepreneur magazine and frequently writes columns for internationally-syndicated magazines, newspapers and several Internet services, including an ongoing cyber-book on-line, hosted by Microsoft. He is the marketing on-line expert for AT&T's Online Business Network, and serves on the Microsoft Small Business Council.
