On-Hold Marketing Systems, Single Site Options

Each On-Hold Marketing System comes complete and ready for immediate use. Our standard recordings are six minutes in duration, with up to eight separate message topics. Twelve minute recordings are available for an additional 50% of the published rate. We provide the free use of our digital playback equipment with guaranteed replacement in case of failure, professional, major market script writing/editing, licensed background music and announcing, free 3 day shipping in Continental United States. Next day delivery available with your Federal Express account. Upgrades to our Digital Link service are available for a nominal, one-time fee* or free with an Option A service plan**.

$350 one-time service activation fee, then:

Option A: 12 message updates per annum: $CALL for current rates
Option B: 6 message updates per annum: $CALL for current rates
Option C: 4 message updates per annum: $CALL for current rates
Option D: 2 message updates per annum: $CALL for current rates
Option E: 1 message update per annum: $CALL for current rates

On-Hold Marketing Systems, Flex Plan

Best applied to multiple site accounts, this affordable plan allows the greatest flexibility and maximum savings for 2 or more participating locations. New message updates are produced on an as-needed basis. The more participating locations there are; the greater the savings when new messages are created. Each site will be billed a one-time charge of $275 to activate service*, then a low flat monthly rate to maintain the account. Each site shall then be eligible to receive one custom generic recording. Additional custom recordings are available at any time for $125 for the primary location, plus $25 for each additional site on this plan. Secondary locations may have up to two site-specific messages substituted on their recordings at no additional charge. For example, XYZ Corporation submits scripting for a new message update for their home office. Each of their 3 participating secondary locations may submit two separate message topics for site-specific customization, such as hours and location; special regional or local promotions, etc. The total charge for the new message update would be $200. $125 for the home office, plus $25 for each of the three secondary locations.*Upgrade to our Digital Link service for only $149 more per location and save on all future shipping costs when updating your messages!.

Voice Mail Greetings & Prompts; Answering Machine Outgoing Messages; Web site audio:

$150 minimum studio session fee for recordings of :60 or less; optional background music supplied at no additional charge. U.S. funds only. Visa, MasterCard and most major credit cards are accepted for your convenience and protection. Messages over one minute in length are billed at the rate of $95 per finished minute, calculated by the second. For example, a recording with a total length of 1:27 would cost $192.74. A fully produced five minute narration would cost $530. These are one-time, "buy-out" charges.

Methods of delivery: Your choice of:

standard analog cassette: $5 shipping & handling; digital audio tape (DAT): $12 shipping & handling; .MP3 file via Internet access or email delivery: included; direct telephone upload from our studio via phone patch: $15 for U.S., $25 for European.

Note: All our recording/mixing is done digitally [DDD]. We can provide our audio products in a wide variety of industry-standard formats, including Dialogic, .AIF. .VOC and much, much more. We can also perform high quality format conversions at the rate of $95 per finished minute.
